The Austonian is a 56 story, 360 unit residential skyscraper in the heart of downtown Austin, TX. It is not only the tallest building in Austin, but also the tallest residential only structure in the state of Texas. It is a participant in the Austin Energy Green Building Program. Its overall configuration and environmentally friendly design has fed to the AEGB bestowing upon it 3 four star designation; something akin to Gold LEED status.
